Eric Metts
Eric Metts is the Co-Owner of CMR Home Solutions. Eric is married to Brandi and they have a beautiful daughter, River, who is 8, and Reid, who is 2. Eric started CMR 15 years ago with the intention of following in his dad’s footsteps. CMR is a family-owned, 3rd generation construction company.
Unlike other contracting companies, Eric and Chris started the company working hands-on which enhanced their knowledge for construction processes and materials. Eric personally monitors job sites ensuring quality craftsmanship, efficiency, and communicates directly with homeowners.
In Eric’s free time he enjoys watching local professional sports teams (especially the Cowboys, Mavericks, and Texas Rangers—CMR), fishing long weekends, and spending time with family.
Chris Metts
Chris Metts is the Co-Owner of CMR Home Solutions. Chris is married to his wife Jayla and they have a daughter, Amelia (4y), and son, Luke (1y). Chris earned a bachelor’s degree in education from Midwestern State University in 2015. Upon graduating, Chris partnered with his brother, Eric to expand CMR Home Solutions.
Chris’ background in home renovations and new construction started as a child when he and his older brothers, Eric and Tim, worked for their dad in his subdivision after school and on Summer Breaks. You will see Chris on job sites ensuring quality and efficiency, but will also be in contact with Chris via email about estimates, contracts, and invoices. Chris works with our in house designers to help curate layouts that best fit your kitchen, bath, or general household space.
Chris enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his daughter’s soccer team, and cheering on his favorite sports teams (The Cowboys, Mavericks, and Rangers—CMR)
Daryl Metts
Daryl Metts is a project manager at CMR Home Solutions. Daryl has been married to his wife, Heidi for 38 years. They have 4 children, Rebecca, Eric, Tim, and Chris. They have 8 beautiful grandchildren.
Daryl began his work in construction in 1999. Since then he has built custom homes across Wise, Parker, Montague, and Tarrant Counties. Daryl brings with him 23 years of quality, professional experience in the new build area. You will see Daryl on job sites ensuring quality craftsmanship, efficiency, and communicating directly with homeowners.
In his free time, Daryl enjoys spending time with his family and grandkids.
Patrick miller
Patrick Miller is a Project Manager at CMR Home Solutions. Patrick is married to his wife Kortney and they have 4 boys, Jackson (12), Carter (4), Camden (3), and Walker (2).
Patrick has worked in the construction industry for 15 years and has been a project manager for 10 of those 15 years. You will see Patrick on job sites ensuring quality craftsmanship, efficiency, and communicating directly with homeowners.
His wife works in the oil and gas industry. As a family they love sports, anything outdoors, boats and being with family, and relaxing.
Jayla Metts
Jayla Metts is our Business Manager. She is married to her husband, Chris. They have a daughter, Ameilia (4), and son, Luke (1).
Jayla graduated from Midwestern State University in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in general business. Jayla and her sister-in-law, Brandi founded and recently sold one of the most sought-after floral design companies in the DFW area. Today, she uses her education and entrepreneurial experience to continuously improve the business processes, strategies, and client experience at CMR Home Solutions.
sarah morales
Sarah Morales is our Office Manager. She is married to her husband, Jason. Sarah is step-mom to Roman who is 17 and Dominic who is 16. Sarah and Jason have two daughters, Ariana, who is 9, and Elena who is 2.
Sarah attended Midwestern State University for a degree in psychology with a minor in business. She has worked in office administration for 11 years. Sarah communicates frequently with homeowners regarding estimates, contracts, and invoices. Homeowners can also expect to receive weekly updates and goals for CMR Home Solutions’ progress each week from Sarah.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys watching her children’s sports events, fishing, being outdoors with her family, and helping her parents build their house in Chico.
Allie wood
Allie Wood is our in-house Designer. Allie recently got engaged to her Fiancé, Wrangler. They have four dogs that bring them complete chaos and happiness. They have a sheep-a-doodle, “Marley”, two GSP’s, “Remington” and “Dolly”, and a lab “Kimber”.
Allie graduated from Azle High School in 2020. She was accepted to Texas State University, however, COVID-19 changed her plans. Allie stays current on the latest trends, materials, and styles to bring any vision to life. She uses her design knowledge and experience to assist our clients through the entire selection process. Her custom mood boards and life-like drawings aid homeowners in their decision-making and enables them to visualize the finished project.
In her free time, Allie loves crafting, making things for others, and hunting with her dogs and Wrangler.
